Hosting

If you can't find a Celebration of Mind party in your area, or you want to host your own, please review the purpose of this event.  Individual Events don't have to be large public affairs, everyone is a part of the Global Event.  It can be as intimate as a meeting of two puzzle enthusiasts.

Although no two parties will be the same, we do ask that a host agree to the following guidelines.

These are NOT memorials. Martin did not want a memorial.

We will post the maximum capacity of your event.  If you have limited space for your event, please indicate the number.  Also, contact us when your event becomes full and we will post this on the website.

To help us archive the activities and people celebrating this inaugural event, we expect the following from our hosts.

A complete list of names and email addresses (or contact information) of attendees.  Note:  We will not sell or give-away these lists to third parties.

A written summary of what happened at your event.

Any photos and videos, either links or files, taken at your event (with copyright permission for web display)!

We encourage our hosts to inform their attendees about the Gathering 4 Gardner 10 (G4GX) coming up in March, 2012.  Visit the G4G website for more details closer to the event.

If you would like to be a host, please complete the Hosting Form.
